The orders from outside India are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and /or international speed post only.

Products: All orders will be shipped within a maximum of 10 business days from the date of order received or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation or a separate email will be shared by informing the shipment details. Delivering the shipment subject to Courier Company / postal department of India.
Services: All the orders will be shipped after the completion of the Services. Upon completion of the Services the prasad or the energized items will be packed and will be shipped through registered courier companies and/or International Speed Post only after 5 to 7 business days.
Astrovibz.com will ensure to share the consignment number with the member of Astrovibz.com, who has ordered the particular product or service. Astrovibz.com is not liable for the delay that was made by the delivery partners.

- Delivered within 1–7 working days depending on the service type.
- Delivery will be made through Email or WhatsApp.
✅ B. Homam Prasadam Delivery (India Only)
If the service includes prasadam shipping:
- Dispatch within 3–7 working days after the Homam.
- Delivery time:
- South India: 3–5 working days
- Rest of India: 5–10 working days
✅ C. International Shipping
- International courier charges apply.
- Delivery time: 10–20 days depending on the country.
- Customs delays are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges

- Standard: Free for most Homam prasadam deliveries.
- Premium or heavy-item shipping may incur extra charges.
✅ International Shipping
- Charges are based on weight, type of item, and destination.
- The customer will be informed before dispatch.
4. Order Confirmation & Tracking
After booking a service:
- You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation.
- For shipped items, a tracking ID will be shared (if applicable).
- Digital files are sent directly to your registered email/WhatsApp.
5. Address Requirements (For Physical Delivery)
Customers must provide:
- Full name
- Complete postal address
- Pincode
- Active phone number
- Country (for international shipping)
Astrovibz is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect address details.
6. Delivery Restrictions
We do not ship prasadam to:
- Countries restricting religious items (subject to customs rules)
- PO boxes (depends on courier availability)
- War zones or conflict regions
Digital services are delivered globally without restrictions.
7. Shipping Delays

8. Lost / Damaged Items
If a prasadam package is:
- Lost in transit
- Damaged on arrival
- Missing items
Please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order ID
- Photos (if damaged)
- Courier tracking details
We will arrange a replacement or compensation based on service type.
9. No Shipping for Certain Services
Some services do not include shipping:
